The whole approach to enterprise information systems is changing, again. For some people this is an evolution, for others the pace is much faster and it will be a revolution. Microsoft products will play a major role in this change, based on the Digital Nervous System which in turn is based on a messaging backbone approach.
John will cover the ICL view of the Digital Nervous System and the changing shape of the data centre - in the future this will feature Exchange, not just as an eMail service, but also as the fundamental messaging backbone to support enterprise wide information systems.

John is well known at AXIS both sides of the bar - as a keynote ICL presenter, as member of the Blues Brothers at York and as one of the Teddy Boys at Keele. John's current role in ICL is marketing manager for Enterprise Exchange Solutions.
