This talk will be about Electronic Document Management from a User's Eye View describing some of Pam's experiences over the 18 months, since beginning her search for an EDMS.About Pam Davis:
Pam has worked at Crewe & Nantwich B.C. since 1989 initially collecting unpaid General Rates, Community Charge, where she was the only Court taking Officer, and then on to Council Tax. She was appointed as Revenues Best Value Officer in January 1998, with her initial remit to be find and implement an EDMS for Revenues. The system will eventually be rolled-out corporately.
